Service Satisfaction Guarantee:
We take pride in providing high-quality lawn care services. If you’re not completely satisfied with the results of a service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued if we cannot resolve the issue after a second service attempt. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the service date. Refunds are not applicable for problems resulting from conditions outside our control, such as weather or environmental factors.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services that require upfront material or labor costs, such as special treatments or seasonal packages, may be non-refundable after service delivery. This will be communicated before the service is performed.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours‘ notice if you need to cancel a service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee. Pre-paid services cancelled in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the timing.
Service Agreement:
By scheduling any service with Turf Titans LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. All services will be performed as described in the service agreement or quote provided.
Pricing & Payment:
All prices are agreed upon before services are rendered. Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late payments may incur a fee. Turf Titans LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Liability:
Turf Titans LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor yard drainage, or unseen obstacles. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any special conditions or areas requiring caution.
Access & Safety:
The client must ensure that Turf Titans LLC has proper access to the property on the scheduled service day. Pets must be secured, the area must be free of hazards. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Modifications to Terms:
Turf Titans LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
